Our actions
At APIS, we formed a diversity and inclusion (D&I) team in June 2022. Our D&I team understands the importance of thoughtful, tailored action and aims to:

Monitor the opinions of employees regarding inclusion
Create a safe space where employees can bring up their concerns
Do our upmost to ensure there is no discrimination, pay gaps, barriers to progression, bullying harassment, exclusion
