Maintaining and supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace is a core part of our company culture, in which we recognise diversity, ensure inclusion and champion belonging.

Our actions

At APIS, we formed a diversity and inclusion (D&I) team in June 2022. Our D&I team understands the importance of thoughtful, tailored action and aims to:

• Understand the diversity of our workplace

• Monitor the opinions of employees regarding inclusion

• Create a safe space where employees can bring up their concerns

• Do our upmost to ensure there is no discrimination, pay gaps, barriers to progression, bullying harassment, exclusion

• Identify areas where we can improve
