Clickmer® ELISA Kit
The APIS Tick Borne Encephalitis Virus (TBEV) NS1 Clickmer® ELISA Kit is an enzyme-linked oligonucleotide assay intended for measuring TBEV NS1 protein levels in human serum, cell culture or other fluids.
The kit is a versatile solution for the specific detection and quantification of TBEV NS1 protein. As a Clickmer ELISA product, this kit includes the capabilities of Click-chemistry modified aptamers, offering potential improvements to standard TBEV NS1 ELISA assays.

Samples are diluted in buffer and incubated in the pre-coated wells. Any samples that contain TBEV NS1 antigen will bind to the antibody. After washing the wells, anti-TBEV NS1 Clickmers® are added to the wells, incubated then washed.
An HRP-conjugate that will bind to biotin on the Clickmers is added followed by TMB. The reaction is stopped by addition of a STOP solution. TBEV NS1 antigen concentration is then measured at 450nm on a microplate reader.
Supporting Data for Cross-Reactivity
The TBEV NS1 Clickmer® ELISA Kit was tested against other flaviviruses NS1 proteins. Whereas NS1 proteins have known homology between the different flaviviruses, no cross-reactivity was observed.
